Helen Sitch

Helen graduated in 2016 from the ESO with an Integrated Masters in Osteopathy, and has also completed specialist training in Women’s Health from the Molinari Institute of Health, helping women at all stages of life from navigating fertility and pregnancy to menopause. She also has a special interest in the treatment of TMJ (jaw) issues and Airway Health.

She has a holistic approach to treatment, taking into account different aspects of her patients life, such as nutrition, stress and sleep to help her patients achieve optimal health. Helen combines a variety of techniques, such as manual adjustments, soft tissue work, cranial and visceral to treat patients of various ages with different needs, as she is a firm believer that everybody has an innate ability to heal themselves given the right conditions. Helen is passionate about the education of patients, so they are able to make informed decisions on a daily basis that will improve their overall health.
