Experienced in treating a wide range of common musculoskeletal conditions, including:

Back pain (e.g. muscle strain, facet joint irritation, disc bulge/prolapse)
Neck pain (e.g. postural strain, facet restriction, cervical radiculopathy)
Shoulder pain (e.g. rotator cuff tendinopathy, subacromial impingement, frozen shoulder)
Headaches (e.g. tension-type, cervicogenic headaches)
Sciatica and nerve-related leg pain
Hip and knee pain (including osteoarthritis and soft tissue injuries)
Foot and ankle conditions (e.g. plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, ankle sprains)
Muscle strains and joint stiffness
Postural aches and work-related or repetitive strain injuries (e.g. tennis elbow)

Has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of spinal conditions and deformities, including scoliosis and Scheuermann’s disease. Also has experience in managing degenerative conditions such as spinal arthritis and osteoarthritis of the hips and knees, as well as supporting patients through post-surgical rehabilitation.

Also has experience treating musculoskeletal issues related to respiratory conditions such as asthma and cystic fibrosis, with a focus on improving rib cage mobility and breathing function. Takes into account the role of the nervous system in relaxation, circulation, and overall wellbeing.
