Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

Freedom Clinics reserves the right to charge 50% of the appointment fee if an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, no cancellation charge will apply.

The same charge applies to appointments where the patient does not attend without prior notice (no show).

For patients using private medical insurance, cancellation and non-attendance fees are not covered by insurers and remain the sole responsibility of the patient. In such circumstances, Freedom Clinics will charge 50% of the equivalent self-funding appointment fee.

Any outstanding cancellation or non-attendance fees must be settled before a further appointment can be booked.
