Esther Lok is a Chartered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience across the NHS, private practice, and occupational health. Originally from Hong Kong, she graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of East London and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She is registered with the HCPC and CSP.
Esther’s clinical interests include managing spinal pain (neck and lower back), sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, work-related musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, tendinopathies, and scoliosis. She has also worked extensively with acute injuries including ligament sprains, muscle tears, and fracture rehabilitation.
She complements her clinical practice with additional training in Pilates, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, joint mobilisation, and soft tissue techniques. Drawing on her diverse experience, Esther provides personalised, evidence-based care to support recovery, improve movement, and prevent future injury.
