Frequently Asked Questions

What are the most common foot conditions you treat?

Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, Morton’s neuroma, metatarsalgia, bunions, verrucae, fungal nails, and ingrown toenails. Start with an HCPC podiatry assessment to confirm the diagnosis and plan care.

Do I need imaging or tests?

Most MSK foot pain is diagnosed clinically. When indicated, we use gait/pressure analysis, foot posture measures, and targeted neurological tests; we refer for imaging if appropriate.

Will I need orthotics?

Only if clinically indicated. Custom or prefabricated devices can reduce load on irritated tissues such as the plantar fascia or metatarsal heads. Orthotics

How long does recovery take?

Timelines vary by condition and adherence. Many load-related conditions improve over 6–12 weeks with activity modification, targeted exercises, and (where appropriate) orthoses.
